Made to Order
Our products are made especially for you after you order. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Production Estimates
• Shirts, adult hoodies, and hats: typically 2–5 business days.
• Pet hoodies: typically 2–7 days.

U.S. Standard Shipping Estimates
• Shirts, adult hoodies, and hats: typically 2–5 business days after production.
• Pet hoodies: approximately 8–15 business days after production.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Timing varies by product, fulfillment location, and destination. Holidays, high order volume, stock availability, and carrier delays may extend these estimates. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges, including any applicable free shipping, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Separate Shipments
Items may be made at different facilities and arrive in separate packages on different days.

Tracking
We’ll send tracking information when your order ships. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.

Shipping Addresses
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once production or shipping has begun.

Delivery Help
If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but hasn’t arrived, contact sugarandmayhem@yahoo.com with your order number so we can help investigate.

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States.
